• You are commissioning a digital file only.
• The file will be 2000 x 2000 px minimum, in 300 dpi format. If you need your commission to be a specific size, please tell me beforehand.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I may not be comfortable with, or if I feel like I can’t fulfill your expectations.
• I will not draw in a different style. But it will more than probably evolve through time – keep that in mind.
• I have the right to post the illustration on my social media accounts or as an example for commissions styles. If the commission is a drawing from pre-existing characters from a series, I reserve the right to sell it as merch.
• WIPs may be posted on my Patreon – and on my Patreon only.

• Payment is made through Paypal invoice.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• You can ask for a split payment for commissions priced USD 120 or higher. First half of the payment is made before I start working on your order, and the second half is made after sketch is received.
• 100% refund when sketch is not started; 50% refund if sketch is started; no refund after sketch is sent.
• If there is a chargeback made on Paypal, you lose all your rights on the commission, the design can be sold to someone else. You will be blocked and won’t be able to commission me anymore. You will be publicly exposed to warn others about you.

• For personal use only – commercial rights may be purchased as an extra fee:
  • 1.5x base price – when the artwork is not the main focus of the product, such as promotional material, CD/book cover, etc. Can be used on monetized platforms like Twitch and Youtube but you must credit me.
  • 2x base price – when the artwork is the main focus of the product and you are selling merchandise of it (for small business only).
  • 3x base price – when the artwork is the main focus of the product and you are selling merchandise of it (for bigger business).
• You will get the original, full-sized illustration in PNG format with a small signature, along with a smaller low-resolution file with a bigger watermark. Please, always update the low-resolution online if you need to and keep the original for your personal use.
• Do not share the full-sized commission online.
